Jobs and Responsibilities:-

  • Receive products from internal and external sources, ensuring the accurate logging of the product details and ancillaries
  • Leading and motivating a diverse team to perform at their optimal level, this will include recruitment & rostering, team performance and development management, conflict resolution, and health and safety
  • Has a thorough understanding of jobs within the assigned team area
  • Manage Distribution operations to deliver favorable Direct and Indirect labor costs and ensures that Distribution Center operations meet or exceed service level targets within budget
           Covering the supervisor as and when required
  • Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by rewarding, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations are achieved and standards are met
