  • First point of contact for all clients and candidates
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Preparing documents from scratch for candidates matching to multiple job openings
  • Processing and directing mail to the concerned person
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Offer general help to the recruiter when required
  • Post advertisements on daily basis on different social networking channels
  • Creating and managing the database of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Responsible for a complete cycle of the registration process for new hires
  • Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs
  • Knowledge in Logistics preferred

  • Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field
  • 1 year of minimum experience in full cycle recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15 -$17 per hour
