Responsibilities

  • Using a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and door-to-door canvassing, you will drive the sale of Cross Merge Services to potential clients in a similar industry.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with various potential clients and customers and deliver best-in-class customer experience as a representative of the firm.
  • Facilitate workshops that will prepare the marketing team to market themselves to potential clients to find and maintain employment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with organizations and partners to generate appropriate referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector employers in order to meet CMS services and clients and place candidates in jobs
  • Maintain active case files including all files, and record management responsibilities
  • Willing to work in a team environment and goes well in the similar setting
  • Meet monthly statistical requirements and maintain professional and efficient information tracking reports of all activities performed
  • Participate fully and responsibly as an equal team member of a recruitment consulting team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French/Spanish/Mandarine language would be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-management skills to work effectively with clients, co-workers, outside agencies, and employers
  • Thorough knowledge of all facets of job search and career development including a complete understanding of labor market trends
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Willingly to work outside of the ordinary box
  • Experience with Social and Digital Marketing would be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
